Landowner Outreach that Leads to Action!
The challenge: information alone rarely moves landowners to act.
The solution: Tools for Engaging Landowners Effectively (TELE) helps Connecticut forest practitioners move from education to action. You will learn how to connect stewardship practices to landowner values, reduce barriers, and build outreach that leads to conversations, forest stewardship plans, and resilient forestry implementation.
- Work with your colleagues on a conservation challenge of your choosing
- Leave with an actionable outreach plan
- Take home the skills and resources to repeat the process on your own.
On average, past workshop participants saw a 5-fold increase in engagement success. That means less time wasted on dead-end outreach and a more efficient path to reaching your goals.
